Clubs run on membership fees, event payments and expenses, and most of it was tracked in spreadsheets and notebooks. Club Financials needed a web app that treasurers could use without training and that committees could trust.

Our Process
Discovery
We sat with treasurers to map how money actually moves through a club.
UX Design
We designed simple screens around the three jobs treasurers do most: record, check, report.
Development
We built the app in short sprints and demoed every feature as it was finished.
Testing & Launch
We tested with real club data before launch, then trained the first users.
Support
We kept improving the app based on feedback from the first clubs.
